  • Purchase information — which course, service or ebook you ordered, and payment confirmation details. We do not collect or store bank card numbers; payments are made by direct bank transfer.
  • Usage data — pages visited and device information, collected only if analytics is enabled.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To confirm bookings and deliver your training, services or ebooks.
  • To respond to your enquiries — our response-time promise is within 24 hours.
  • To send order confirmations and, with your consent, occasional updates about new courses or ebooks.
  • To improve the website and our training programs.

3. How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to serve you — for example WhatsApp (Meta) for confirmations and messaging, email providers for delivery of ebooks, and analytics providers if enabled. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.

4. Payments

All payments are made by bank transfer to our corporate account (Opay, account 8104925535, Tion Ngutor Joseph). We never ask for your card PIN, OTP or online banking password. Treat any such request as fraud and report it immediately.

5. Cookies & Analytics

This site uses minimal cookies required for it to function. If Google Analytics is enabled, it uses cookies to measure visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

6. Data Retention & Security

Your details are kept only as long as needed to deliver your order and honour legal or accounting requirements. Access is limited to the people delivering your training or order.
